The week began with a stroll around the farm, our bodies bathed in the warmth of the winter sun. If everyday began like this, then this life would be a happy place to be.
I'm continuing with my quest to nourish my body with good food in 2015. This week I rescued my juicer from storage and nabbed myself this book. And now I have a fridge full of Kale. To hell with feeling a bit pants every single day. Onwards!
Without a doubt my fave outfit right now is this 1960's knitted dress. It is SO warm and snuggly and my house is SO very cold. Oh, and those amazing shelves behind me? My husband made them. Yup. He's that clever.
The boy discovered finger painting and now it's all he wants to do. Good job I'm not fussed about mess.... *grits teeth, pushes OCD thoughts to back of brain*.
This place we call home continues to fall into place, one puzzle piece at a time. Someone asked me recently what my highlight of 2015 was (so far) and I couldn't think of an answer (sad face, etc). Well now I know. It's my larder! (with added vintage wallpaper panel and reclaimed tiles!) That's either really sad, or really cool, depending on how you feel about larders, I guess.
