The 1970's are alive and well at Lori and the Caravan this week, with denim, pointy collars, and floaty dresses galore. There's something of a relaxed elegance about the clothes of that decade, which is perhaps at odds with the reality of the time, but hey, this is a blog about vintage clothes not social and economic history. *Tears degree certificate into tiny shreds of paper*. Anyway.
The dress! Vintage Mothercare at it's finest, with a beguiling mix of floral and polka-dot fabric, cap sleeves, and lace trim. Plus it's only £12 in the shop, which gives my prices a distinctly retro vibe too. You dig?
